Patient Voice Logo(Patient Participation Group)

Our practice is committed to enhancing our services with patients’ needs in mind.  Therefore, the Practice has implemented a Patient Participation Group (PPG), Patients' Voice, led by patients of the Practice with an interest in how the Practice works and services provided by both the Practice and in the local area.

The group has now been running since 2011 and has successfully implemented numerous projects including two Open Mornings represented by local services regarding lifestyle, such as Health Trainers, Balance & Bone Health, Weight Watchers and the Stop Smoking Service.  They have also aided the practice in completing an annual patient survey.

The group also has a representative who attends the Patient Forum for the Clinical Commissioning Group for our area, helping to facilitate more patient involvement in the services provided in the community.

The Group hopes to continue to be able to expand projects and be a continual point of reference for the practice when making decisions on the services provided by the practice.

Patients' Voice is currently recruiting new members and would be interested to hear from patients who have an interest in helping to aid the development and improvement of services.  If you would be interested in joining the group, please email them at:
