When We Are Closedclosed

Out of Hour cover for when the surgery is closed is now organised by the NHS 111 service.  This is a telephone service which aims to make it easier to access healthcare services when you need medical help fast, but when it is not a life-threatening situation.

To contact this service, please dial 111.

The Practice also has marginal out of hours cover between 8am and 8.30am Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).  If you are calling for medical attention between these times, please contact Integrated Care 24 Ltd (previously South East Health Ltd) on 0300 5555252

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

A&E Departments are under increasing pressure with the amount of patients attending.  Depending on the problem, in some instances, A&E is not always the correct, or most convenient, place to attend.  See our leaflet 'Is A&E the Right Place for you?' for further information on alternative services in the area.
